Even after setting the HAL request dialog to remain on screen, it feels tenuous. Sometimes it toggles off after navigating a menu option, or the request box will intercept commands I wanted to do through the normal slash menu. It's in the way more than I expected, and I couldn't find a balance between "when I want it" and "when I don't."
